Immunophenotypic differences between psoriasis on the leg (PL) and stasis dermatitis (StD). (A, C, E, G) representative case of PL and (B, D, F, H) of StD. The proliferative activity of basal, and especially suprabasal, keratinocytes, measured with Ki-67, was significantly higher in PL (C), compared with StD (D). In addition, expression of psoriasin (S100A7) was stronger in PL (E).
