Assessment of cell death in TLT cells after using different toxic substances. TLT cells were treated with different toxic substances to induce programmed cell death. In the first group, cells were irradiated with UV light for 5 min. In the second group, the volume of the medium was reduced from 100 µL to 50 µL for 72 h. In the other groups, 5-fluorouracil, TBBPA, hydrogen peroxide, and fatty acids were added to the cell culture medium at a final concentration of 500 µM, 266 µM, 12.5 mM, and 2% (2/100 µL), respectively. (a) Cell viability was assessed for each group and compared to controls. Viability measured via cell count method is shown with a pink bar, MPCVA with a green bar, MTT with a purple bar, and PI with a red bar.
