Participants adherent to continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) had significantly greater improvements in the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS; 4 [interquartile range (IQR), 2, 5] versus 2 [IQR, 0, 3], P=0.005) compared with nonadherent participants.
