(−)BPAP was added to striatal slices from fraction 8 in a concentration of either 10−11 mol/L in the presence and absence of nomifensine. When used, nomifensine was added to striatal slices from fraction 1 in a concentration of 1 µmol/L and drugs were maintained throughout the experiment. One-way ANOVA followed by the Dunnett’s test, F(3,12) = 4.784, p = 0.020, control vs. (−)BPAP effect * p < 0.05.
