Recombinant caspase-8 induces endogenous MLKL cleavage in L363 cell line. Cell lysate of L363 cell line was incubated with or without indicated recombinant caspases (2 U) at 37°C for 1 h. Whole cell lysates were analyzed by western blotting with an antibody that specifically recognizes the C-terminal of MLKL.
