OR and p values were obtained from the crude and adjusted analyses using complex sample binary logistic regression. Age, residential area, education, occupation, household income, stress, alcohol consumption, smoking status, family history of IHD, and BMI were used as adjustment variables. Odds ratios were estimated with 95% confidence intervals.
