All analyses were adjusted for age, sex, race, body mass index, visit center, smoking status, drinking status, triglycerides, low‐density lipoprotein, high‐density lipoprotein, prevalence of diabetes, prevalence of hypertension, and antihypertensive medication at visit 5.
