(A) The classification of mixed infections with or without viruses detected by mNGS and conventional diagnostic testing methods (CDT). In the mixed infection, there were 5 cases with no virus infection and 38 cases with virus infection, namely, 20 cases of bacteria and viruses infection; 4 cases of bacteria, fungi, and virus infection; 9 cases of virus mixed infection; 1 case of bacteria, virus, fungi, and mycoplasma infection; 1 case of bacteria, virus, and mycoplasma infection; 1 case of virus and mycoplasma infection, and 1 case of virus and fungi infection.
