DLL slightly reduced the percentage of CD8+ T cells and their IFN-γ production in naive mice. (a, b) T cells in the LNs (a) and spleen (b) from naive C57BL/6 mice following treatment with DLL or saline were stained with fluorescent antibodies and detected by FACS. DLL treatment reduced the percentage of CD3+/CD8+ T cells and reduced the percentage of CD8+/IFN-γ+ cells, while having no effect on the percentage of CD4+/IL4+ T cells and CD4+/IFN-γ+ T cells, suggesting that DLL treatment mildly suppressed the initial immune response.
