Contrast enhanced axial (top and bottom left), sagittal (right), and coronal (middle) CT images demonstrates heterogenous upper mediastinal mass with internal calcifications (red arrows) that measured approximately 7.5 × 7.4 × 7.6 cm interposed between and splaying the great vessels (yellow arrows). This lesion extends superiorly and inferiorly causing severe left to right mass effect and compression on the trachea (blue arrows).
