Type I: a double-branched left main coronary artery (LMCA) that gives rise to the circumflex (Cx) and interventricular paraconal (Pc) branches, which further branches off and gives rise to the septal (S) branch.

Type II: a double-branched LMCA that gives rise to the Cx and Pc branches without an S branch.

Type III: a triple-branched LMCA that gives rise to the Cx, Pc, and S branches.
