scRNAseq analysis of spontaneous and injection brain tumor model

(A–E) EGFRvIII-LSL mice pups were injected with sgRNA-containing vectors. When mice displayed a hunched posture, tissues were obtained. We harvested tissues at 20 days after intracranial injection of GL261 cells into the C57BL/6J mice. Single cell suspensions were isolated and single cell-RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) was performed.
