PD reduces the ABR threshold shift induced by cisplatin in guinea pigs. (A) Experimental groups and experimental operations taken at corresponding time points. PD (40 mg/kg) showed good hearing protection at 4, 8, 16, and 24 kHz after injection of CDDP, which was better than DEX (10 mg/kg, multi-dose intraperitoneal administration).
