PD reduces cisplatin-induced cochlear oxidative damage. (A) The expression of iNOS and caspase-3 in each group after 3 days of drug administration. (B) and (C) PD administration before cisplatin decreased the expression of iNOS and caspase-3 in a concentration-dependent manner, presenting as PD (40 mg/kg) > PD (20 mg/kg) > PD (80 mg/kg). The effect of PD (40 mg/kg) was better than that of DEX (10 mg/kg, multi-dose) (p < 0.001). PD (40 mg/kg) injection alone did not cause oxidative stress damage and the increase of iNOS and caspase-3 expression in cochlea. n = 3. **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001, all versus the CDDP group.
