(B) and (C) PD administration before cisplatin decreased the expression of iNOS and caspase-3 in a concentration-dependent manner, presenting as PD (40 mg/kg) > PD (20 mg/kg) > PD (80 mg/kg). The effect of PD (40 mg/kg) was better than that of DEX (10 mg/kg, multi-dose) (p < 0.001).
