SD shows the cumulative amount of total variation attributed to the levels of population structure. Statistical significance was assessed using randomization testing with 999 permutations. Between locations refers to the 17 sampling locations. Between samples refers to the c.20 quadrats sampled at each location (one leaf per quadrat). Within samples refers to differences between alleles of each leaf sample in this diploid species.
