hPSC-derived MHE exhibits uniform hindgut patterning

hPSCs: H1, iPSC72_3, iPSC75_1, and iPSC285_1 were differentiated to day 7 MHE and immunostained with antibodies to the MHE marker CDX2 (green). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue).
