Expansion was averaged in the whole specimen, or regionally in the central and in the combined peripheral and rim regions (Peri + Rim). The radial expansion was negative (i.e., contraction) and significantly smaller (i.e., more contraction) due to TrypLE than buffer (p ≤ 0.007).
