Characterization of the processes expressing GFPAstro in the AL. Fig. 5. shows representative images. The GFPAstro area% increased after treatment with TrypLE (n = 8, p = 0.006). Wilcoxon signed rank tests compared values before to after treatment and Mann Whitney U tests compared values after buffer to those after TrypLE (n = 8 per group), p<0.05 is significant. Values are mean ± std.
