Three normal strain components (E_rr , E_xx , E_yy ) and E_max were significantly greater after treatment with TrypLE than before (n = 8, p ≤ 0.04). Values are mean ± std, and p-values are from Wilcoxon signed rank test comparing the values before vs. after treatment within one treatment group (n = 8 per group).
