Notes We contacted study authors to clarify eligibility criteria, but have received no response. It is unclear: (1) how many weeks supervised exercise training was undertaken; and (2) whether the education received by the control group differed from that received by the intervention group. We requested any data that may be in the public domain that they may be willing to share.
