PGP9.5 and CB₁ receptor expression in the ileum. PGP9.5 and CB₁ receptor expression was examined by immunofluorescence in male CD₁ mice fed a standard chow or high-fat diet (HFD) for 2 wk (n = 5/group). Adjacent tissue sections were stained for CB₁ with a rabbit anti-CB₁ primary antibody and for PGP9.5 with a rabbit anti-PGP9.5 primary antibody followed by a donkey anti-rabbit CY3 secondary antibody. PGP9.5 and CB₁ had a similar expression pattern. No differences were observed between groups.
