STZ increases the phosphorylation levels of tau and ERK in the cortex of mice. Protein levels in the cortex of mice (n = 6 per group) were determined by Western blotting and quantified by densitometry. Quantification of PP1 and PP2A protein levels normalized to Actin. Quantification of phosphorylated (p-) protein levels normalized to total (t-) protein levels, expressed as values relative to the vehicle control.
