Following covariates were included in the logistic regression model: regional difference, age, sex, body mass index, education level, marital status, monthly income, smoking status, regular physical activity, and past medical history (hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, arthritis, cerebrovascular accident, angina or myocardial infarction, and malignancy).
