EA treatment improved functional deficits in CCI-TBI mice. (A) Length of time spent on the accelerating rotarod on Days 1, 3, 7, and 14. For the lidocaine-induced radial nerve block, a single injection of lidocaine (2%, 10 μL) was administered at acupoint LI11 before EA. Data are the means ± S.E.M. of at least three independent experiments. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001 (statistical testing was performed by one-way ANOVA/Newman-Keuls test). The number underneath each bar in (A–D) refers to the number of mice used in the study group. The detailed data points are presented in Supplementary Figure 10.
