All results are combined across 10 imputed data sets using the Rubin formula. All models adjusted for the following childhood preexposure measures: depression symptoms, anxiety symptoms, sum of oppositional disorder and conduct disorder symptoms, cohort, sex, low socioeconomic status, family instability, low birth weight, household income, body mass index, and body mass index squared.
Symptoms were coded as total symptom counts for each diagnostic category.
