Urethral reconstruction. Defect after urethral plate transection is covered with buccal mucosa graft, which is fixed and quilted for better survival. ( A ). Bulbar urethra is created by joining of proximal urethral plate and vaginal flap. Flap from inner surface of left labia minora, with excellent vascularization, is created. ( B ).
