Duplication of the Dp3Tyb region of mouse chromosome 21 orthologous with Hsa21 is not sufficient to decrease Aβ biochemical aggregation in the cortex of the AppNL-F/NL-F model at 3 months of age. Total cortical proteins of 3-month-old mice were prepared for MS analysis and Aβ abundance analyzed in the FA-soluble fraction by MSD assay (6E10). No difference in the abundance of FA-soluble (A) Aβ38 (F(1,21) = 1.001, p = 0.328), (B) Aβ40 (F(1,21) = 0.032 p = 0.860), or (C) Aβ42 (F(1,21) = 0.306, p = 0.443) was detected.
