Increased serum C15:0 and pentadecanoylcarnitine concentrations among dolphins on a modified, higher-C15:0 fish diet. Relative changes in serum concentrations of (a) pentadecanoic acid (C15:0) and (b) pentadecanoylcarnitine during Months 0, 1, 3 and 6 among 10 bottlenose dolphins (Tursiops truncatus) fed a baseline fish diet (Control) and 20 dolphins fed a modified fish diet with higher C15:0 (Case).
