Glycogen storage was reduced in female Gulo−/− pups after VC deprivation. Female Gulo−/− pups (5 pups per group) were supplemented with 3.3 g/L VC or devoid of VC in the drinking water for 3, 4, or 5 weeks at 22 days old.
