EC50 values for aronia extract and its phenolic fractions assessed with AOP1 bioassay on three cell models. EC50 values are expressed in micrograms of product per milliliter. The 95% CIs represent asymmetrical confidence intervals, and R2 indicates the determination coefficient of the sigmoid regression model fit. There are no statistical differences among EC50 values which are marked with the same symbol. All other EC50 values are statistically different (p < 0.05).
