Influence of dendrimers on viability of human glioblastoma LN229, T98G, and U87MG cells and primary astrocytes. Cells were treated with increasing concentrations (1, 5, and 20 µM) of dendrimer 19, 20, 21, 24, and 25 for 1 h. Subsequently, the dendrimer-containing medium was replaced with the fresh medium. After the next 48 h, cells survival was assessed by MTT assay.
