Search for senolytics. Proliferating (PRO) and senescent (CSEN) LN229 and A172 cells were treated with several substances. ABT-737 served as positive control. No senolytic effect was observed when LN229 were treated with the corresponding inhibitors for Chk1/2, p53 or p21 (A).
