Stress tolerance and growth curve determination of Bacillus mojavensis LY-06. (a) Temperature tolerance assay of Bacillus mojavensis LY-06. The culture medium of the inoculated strains was placed in water baths of different temperatures for 10 min and then cultured at 37 °C for 24 h. The bacterial concentration of each medium was determined, and the bacterial concentration of the medium without high temperature incubation was defined as 100% to calculate the survival rate of each sample. (b) pH tolerance assay of Bacillus mojavensis LY-06. The strains were inoculated into the mediums of different pH levels, cultivated at 37 °C for 14 h, and the concentration of each medium strain was measured at corresponding time intervals.
