Inclusion and exclusion criteria.

Inclusion Criteria
–Primary teeth obtained by physiological dental exfoliation or extracted for justified pathology (for example, caries or orthodontic-eruptive reasons). –Immediate and adequate conservation of the teeth. –Confirmed medical diagnosis of OI with the classification of Sillence et al. –Acceptance and signature of the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
–Unconfirmed diagnosis of OI or lack of medical reports. –Inadequate conservation of teeth. –Not enough tooth structure for sample preparation.
