Inclusion and exclusion criteria.

Inclusion Criteria
  • Primary teeth obtained by physiological dental exfoliation or extracted for justified pathology (for example, caries or orthodontic-eruptive reasons).

  • Immediate and adequate conservation of the teeth.

  • Confirmed medical diagnosis of OI with the classification of Sillence et al.

  • Acceptance and signature of the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria
  • Unconfirmed diagnosis of OI or lack of medical reports.

  • Inadequate conservation of teeth.

  • Not enough tooth structure for sample preparation.
