Effect of KYNA on cell cycle arrest of AGS cells. KYNA induces AGS cell G2/M cell cycle arrest. Cells were treated with KYNA (0, 150, 200, and 250 μM) for 24 h, and the cell cycle status was detected by flow cytometry.
