Associations for three analyses are compared. ‘All’ shows associations in the main study cohort. ‘All CAD adjusted’ shows associations in the main study cohort with adjustment for presence/absence of CAD at last follow-up. ‘No CAD’ shows associations among the subset of participants with no CAD at last follow-up. Only outcomes with at least 100 cases in the CAD-free group were considered (128 outcomes). The plot shows all outcomes that were significant with FDR q-value ≤ 0.05 in any of the three analyses. Error bars represent 95% confidence intervals. The number of cases and controls for each test is included in the Self-reported outcomes section of the Supplementary Data.
