Outcomes with at least 100 incident cases were considered. Models were adjusted for smoking status, self-reported diabetes at baseline, systolic blood pressure, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol. Odds ratios (OR) are per 1 standard deviation increase in polygenic risk score. Error bars represent 95% confidence intervals. Outcomes with a single asterisk are significant with an FDR q-value ≤ 0.05. Outcomes with double asterisks have a Bonferroni significant p-value 0.003 (0.05/17).
