Redox potential (different DTT concentrations) affects the dynamics of dbAF formation Samples of TTR (2.7 μM) in Tris buffer containing 200 mM CaCl2 were supplemented with DTT to obtain the indicated final concentrations. After incubation at room temperature, the fluorescence emission spectra were recorded using an excitation wavelength of 360 nm. The spectra obtained for each concentration of DTT were superimposed for each incubation time, which is indicated at the top of each panel.
