Effect of L7Gn on TNF-α and IL-1β mRNA levels in the hippocampus of sleep-deprived mice. L7Gn was dissolved in 70% PEG-saline, and FXT was dissolved in 0.9% physiological saline. Mice were administered vehicle (70% PEG), L7Gn (0.3, 1, and 3 mg/kg), or FXT (20 mg/kg) once daily for five days. The mRNA expression of (A) TNF-α and (B) IL-1β was assessed via qRT-PCR.
