Clusters of thinner cortex in the left and right hemispheres of individuals with Methamphetamine Use Disorder compared with controls. The vertex-wise analysis of thickness across the entire cerebral cortex was controlled for age.40 Vertices were considered significant at p < 0.001, with a cluster correction set at p < 0.05 to account for multiple comparisons.28 Lower p-values are colored brighter. g (gyrus), s (sulcus)
