(−)-2S-LP2 decreased nociceptive behaviour in the mouse formalin test. Intraperitoneal administration of (−)-2S-LP2 (0.7 mg/kg) and (−)-2R-LP2 (2 mg/kg) were able to reduce nociceptive behaviour in both phases of the formalin test. Results are expressed as mean ± SEM (n = 6–8 mice per group) and are represented as the percentage of inhibition of pain responses of the respective vehicle group (100%). * p < 0.05, ** p < 0.01 vs. Vehicle, two-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni post-hoc test.
