(−)-2S-LP2 decreased nociceptive behaviour in the mouse formalin test. Intraperitoneal administration of (−)-2S-LP2 (0.7 mg/kg) and (−)-2R-LP2 (2 mg/kg) were able to reduce nociceptive behaviour in both phases of the formalin test.
