The antinociceptive effect of (+)-2R/S-LP2 was antagonized by PRE-084 pre-treatment. Subcutaneous administration of PRE-084 hydrochloride (32 mg/kg) 20 min before (+)-2R/S-LP2 reverted its effect in the second phase of the formalin test.
