Experiments were conducted in whole-cell patch-clamp electrophysiology at a holding potential of −70 mV. Trapped block (BT) results were similar for 10 µM REL-1017 and 1 µM (±)-ketamine, although their initial block (B) and residual block (BR) were significantly different. Experiments were carried out as exemplified in Figure 5. Table data are mean ± SEM. Data passing normality (Shapiro–Wilk) test were analyzed with two-tailed unpaired T test. **** is p < 0.0001; *** is p < 0.001.
