The authors report that this patient was treated with bipolar radiofrequency and radiofrequency microneedling treatment of the anterior abdomen. The postoperative photograph shows telltale signs of an abdominoplasty, with a conspicuous oblique scar on the right flank, a periumbilical scar, and downward displacement of pigmented skin lesions.
