Fit results for the FCS data acquired on p-terphenyl in Fig. 4b. The concentration for the NR and ZMW is 10 μM, while it is 200 nM for the confocal case. The solvent is ethanol with 40% glycerol. The excitation power is 200 μW at 266 nm. Due to the larger noise on the FCS correlation, the triplet blinking (Tds and τds) is not considered in the fit.
