Fabrication procedure of the GLA-MPS. (1) Each mold was fabricated with photolithography. (2) Pre-PDMS mixture was poured on the molds and cured. (3) Solidified PDMS structures of the cell-culture layer and control layer were peeled off from the molds and bonded to the porous membrane layer and circulation layer, respectively. (4) The bonded layers were peeled off from the mold, and then (5) the layers were assembled on the glass substrate using VUV bonding.
