miR-381 regulates USP39 expression in NSCLC cells. (a) TargetScan predicted the binding sequence of miR-381 and USP39. (b) Dual-luciferase analysis of the binding between miR-381 and USP39 3′ UTR sequences. (c) miR-381 mimics were transfected into A549 cells, and the expression of USP39 in cells was detected by qRT-PCR. (d) WB assay was used to analyze the effect of miR-381 overexpression on USP39 expression. (e) The effect of overexpression of miR-381 on A549 cell viability was analyzed by MTT assay.
