Morphology and Characterization of hUC-MSCs (A) hUC-MSCs extended from explants at day 0, and reached 70–80% confluence after 7 days in culture. hUC-MSCs showed fibroblast-like morphology at passage 1 (P1) and passage 2 (P2).
