(A–C) In patients with HFpEF without significant CAD, there was no longitudinal change in EF, whereas in patients with CAD, there was a reduction in LVEF, with multiple patients developing reduced LVEF (<50%, dotted lines). (D–F) The e' was significantly decreased in both HFpEF patients with CAD and without CAD, and there were no significant diffrences in the decline of e' between the two groups.
