For the Healing Involvement and Stressful Involvement, final valid sample N=20. HI and SI consist of different subscales. The higher the score, the stronger the (healing/stressful) involvement. For the Currently Experienced Growth, Currently Experienced Depletion, and Retrospective Career Development final valid sample N=19, rated 0=not at all to 10=very much. *Repeated measures ANOVA was used to compare each variable among three different time points; °Bonferroni post hoc test was used to pairwise comparisons for variables between two time points.
